DELIVERY

Delivery is always free of charge!

Currently, we ship to the following eleven countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Enter your home or work address when making your purchase and we will send the order to the address of your choice.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Germany: 2 to 3 business days (Mon. – Fri.).
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom: 2 to 5 business days (Mon. – Fri.).

Delivery time goes into effect the business day after you place an order. Allow one additional business day for orders placed at weekends or public holidays.

We ship all orders with our logistics partner DHL and their network partners BPost(Belgium), PostNord (Denmark and Sweden), La Poste/Colissimo (France), Italy (SDA/Poste Italiane), PostNL (Netherlands), Correos (Spain) and ParcelForce (United Kingdom).

 

RETURNS

Returns are super easy and free of charge.

For Germany: you will find a return shipping label inside your package.

For all other countries: if you wish to return items, request your free return shipping label here.

Please consider the following for a smooth return procedure:

1. Pack the items safely and in its original packaging

2. Add the completed return slip to your package

3. Put the shipping label on the outside of the package

4. Drop off the package at the nearest post office of our shipping partners

You can track the progress of your package via www.DHL.com at any time.

The refund will be issued within 2-3 business days upon receipt and successful inspection of your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Please take into account that we only accept returns within 28 days after you receiving them. To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it. We recommend to retain a copy of the return shipment receipt until the refund has been processed.

Returns do not allow exchange of goods. If you want to have a product in another size or another quantity, you have to place a new order.

 

REFUNDS

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through your payment provider. Depending on your payment provider’s policies, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. Please allow some time for this.

 

FAQs

Oder confirmation and tracking
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking link of your package. Please note that all orders are subject to verification.

I still have not received my order
If your purchase has not arrived by the delivery date, check your email as it is likely that you have received an email informing you that the order has left our warehouse. Bear in mind that during sale periods and promotions, delivery might take longer.

Items are missing, incorrect or defective

If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one you have purchased, or if you are missing an item of your order, we will refund the corresponding amount as soon as we have received and inspected the items in our warehouse. Restrictions may apply.
